Would you like to experience the tropical rainforest without having to fly there? It's easy thanks to the permanent exhibition at the Museum Koenig in Bonn by the Leibniz Institute for the Analysis of Biodiversity Change (LIB), dedicated to this ecosystem. In three short animations - this is the first one, we even bring the rainforest to your home: in the kitchen, in the children's room, in the bathroom and in the supermarket. What is the main message? Our behaviour towards this ecosystem is unfortunately exploitative. The distance from Europe makes it look so far away, not really affecting us. But we actually influence its well-being or its destruction every day. Highlighting these connections and making clear what can be done is exactly the goal of the film series.
