The Tegos Group engaged our team to create an animated video introducing their cutting-edge product, AI Flow. As an AI-based technology solution, AI Flow automates customer email replies, streamlining business communication processes. Main Objectives 1). Boost Awareness: The video serves as a pivotal component of Tegos Group's marketing strategy. Its primary goal is to enhance awareness and generate interest in AI Flow. 2). Simplify Complexity: Our task was to distill AI Flow's intricate concepts into easily digestible content for viewers. 3). Demonstrate Functionality: Through engaging visuals, we aimed to showcase AI Flow's capabilities and how they simplify customer interactions. Strategic Approach Given the rapidly evolving AI products market, Tegos Group required a swift project rollout. We proposed a pragmatic two-step approach: 1). Teaser Creation (2 Weeks): We developed a concise teaser video to pique curiosity and prepare for the full-length video. 2). Full-Length Video Development (Approx. 2 Months): Building upon the teaser, we meticulously crafted a comprehensive video that delved deeper into AI Flow's features and benefits. This phased strategy allowed Tegos Group to achieve multiple objectives without compromising their marketing timeline. Key Challenge The absence of a tangible visual representation of artificial intelligence posed a significant challenge. Our solution lay in contextual visuals that anchored the product in real-world scenarios. By doing so, we ensured clear communication with the audience, emphasizing the ease of using AI Flow.
