When we heard about the reboot of "Starship Troopers" from Casper Van Dien, we thought how fun it could be to create titles for the upcoming (hope!) series. Still, there is no confirmation that tv-adaptation of the action film about the brave adventures of Johnny Rico and Carmen Ibanez against Arachnids will hit the screens soon. Anyway, Mondlicht team was happy to work on this personal project and imagine how the new story could be. We decided to depict the moment of battle when fearless soldiers try to capture a monster (pretty sure Carl Jenkins will have a lot of fun later with his experiments). Aiming to finish the production in 10 days from scratch to the final video, we went for Cinema 4D, Redshift with compositing in Adobe After Effects.
