About this video

John Parkinson was a British architect designing the early iconic buildings of Los Angeles in the early part of the last century, including the Olympic Stadium, the Bradbury building and the Los Angeles Town Hall. Actual blue prints were also used. I wanted to show his career growing from steel beams using vintage glass plate style photographs. Cinema 4d, photoshop were used and After Effects.
